- Course objectives
- The main objective of the course is basic practical skills and orientation in operating various sources of legal information. After the successful pass of the course a student should be able to:
- find basic legal information on the Internet
- find laws, regulations and other legal documents using ASPI, Codexis and Beck-online systems
- evaluate a creditibility and validity of the information, correct citing the documents
- solve basic legal problems using the legal information systems - Syllabus

- Teaching methods
- Presentations followed by hands-on sessions in computer lab, e-learning materials intended for home preparations, ROPOT for preparative evaluation.
- Assessment methods
- Student is required to collect a required number of points during the semester before she/he is allowed to undergo the colloquium. The colloquium itself consists of practical problems that can be solved by means of legal information systems. Further details can be found in the interactive syllabus.

General note: Předmět je určen pro nejvýše pro polovinu ročníku. Je prerekvizitou pro státní závěrečnou zkoušku. Přednášky jsou realizovány formou povinně volitelného předmětu MV425K.
