Course objectives
The aim of this subject is to gain knowledge of the legal regulation of selected types of international business transactions, in particular international contract of carriage.
Learning outcomes
At the end of this course the student should be able to analyze the legal framework of international business transaction, in particular international contracts for carriage. He/she should be able to make deduction based on acquiered knowledge.

  • I. Contract for carriage and its legal regulation. II. Multimodal carraige III. The relationship between carriage and delivery terms - INCOTERMS.
