- Learning outcomes
- The student will be able to: understand the crucial terms of theory of state and political science; describe the organizational structure of modern state; characterize functions of modern state and political system generally; understand the basics of human rights protection.

- State and its characterisation, modern state and non state political institutions, their signs and organisation, activity of modern state, non state political institutions and their functions, democracy and state, modern state and status of individual.
