Course objectives
The Criminal Procedure is aimed to the questions of the science of criminal law and specific requirements of thesis. At the end of the course students should be able to know the differences between national and European criminal law, understand and explain conceptual questions of criminal procedure law, constitutional law an criminal substantive law and also influence of projects of Council of Europe (for example Recommendation of Council of Europe on mediation in criminal matters, role of public prosecution and injured party in criminal proceedings, jurisprudence of European Court for Human Rights, etc.). The students are able to work with materials and make deductions based on acquired knowledge of the issues mentioned above. New will be part on the Office of European Public Prosecutor as the new acces to ICCM. Besides cannot stand criminal liability of legal persons from procedural point of view.
Learning outcomes
Student acquires specific needs of individual dissertation, multifield knowledge (criminal alw and proceedings, constitutional law and international public law/ EU law), that applies for purposes and needs of dissertation and to develop of teoretical knowledge. Fundamental part of results should be list of basic resources for dissertation.
