- Course objectives
- The aim of the course is to acquaint the student thoroughly with the following topics: the relationship between private law and civil procedural law; the gradual development of the differentiation of substantive and procedural law; the relationship between substantive and procedural law on the example of individual institutes
- Learning outcomes
- After completing the course, the student will be able to understand and properly apply issues related to the relationship between private law and civil procedural law; the gradual development of the differentiation of substantive and procedural law; the relationship between substantive and procedural law on the example of individual institutes

- 1. Definition of substantive and procedural law 2. The gradual differentiation of substantive and procedural law 3. The significance of the distinction between substantive and procedural law analysed through specific cases from decision-making practice
