Course objectives
At the end of this course, the student will be able to: understand and explain the systems of copyright and patent protection; interpret legal concepts of intellectual property in international, EU and national contexts, as well as in historical context; address the issue of intellectual property protection in the context of private law. The course is intended for students specializing in Intellectual Property Law.
