Course objectives
To continue in the Legal informatics lectures and to make students familiar with concepts of the work with legal information.
Syllabus
  • Current issues of work with legal information, literature and case-law revies to specific cases.
  • Evaluation of the relevance of case-law and other sources of law for collective solution of nontrivial legal issues.
  • Reflection of recodification within legal information systems and on the Internet.
  • Electronization of government and judiciary.
  • Information retrieval.
