- Special part of International Law 1. Kinds of territorial regimes in international law. Terra nullius and titles of ocular, symbolic and effective occupation. 2. Territorial sovereignty and its dilemma. The legal concept of territorial sovereignty in international law and practice. 3. Grotius and Selden and a reflection of their ideas in contemporary law of the sea. 4. Evolution of the forms of diplomacy in international law. Privileges and immunities as a basis of diplomatic law. 5. The principle of the ban on use of force as a vector normative summa and their troubles. 6. International humanitarian law at the threshold and application of rules and the protection of victim of armed conflicts. Universal and European Protection of Human Rights. 1. Ideas and sources of the protection of human rights. Genesis of human rights. Universal and regional protection of human rights. 2. The Czech Republic and its international commitments in the field of the protection of human rights. 3. Universal protection of human rights. The 1966 Covenants on human rights and their Additional Protocols. Powers of the Human Rights Committee. 4. Control mechanisms of the protection of human right on the global level. Iternational protection of human rights and criminal proceedings. 5. Protection of human rights in Europe. The 11th Protocol and the new system of the protection of human rights.
