- The aim of this subject follows study of the systematic of special part of the penal code, from interpretation and aplication poin of view.

- The introduction to the study of the special part of penal code, criminal acts according to head Nr. I., II., III., IV., v., VI., VII., VIII., IX., X., XI., XII.
