Course objectives
The seminar is an introduction to procedural law in Austria. It offers insight into the system of courts. The system of courts, criminal procedure and claim for remedy procedure are explained. Apart from this, the differences between civil and criminal jurisdictions are pointed out. Austrian and German systems of procedural law are compared.

In den Seminaren werden den Studenten Grundkenntnisse im Bereich des deutschen und österreichischen Verfahrensrechts vermittelt werden. Die Prüfung ist mündich.
