Course objectives (in Czech)
Povinně volitelný předmět zaměřený na veřejnoprávní i soukromoprávní aspekty živnostenského podnikání.
Syllabus (in Czech)
  • Základní pojmy podnikání (charakteristika podnikání, individuální a společné podnikání).
  • Živnostenské podnikání, druhy živností, vznik, změna a zánik živnostenského oprávnění, právní režim vztahů vznikajících při živnostenském podnikání, daňové povinnosti živnostníka.
  • Trestněprávní ochrana podnikání.
  • Právní postavení podnikatelů v zemědělství.
  • Podnikání v rámci tzv. svobodných povolání (exkurs).
