Course objectives
The aim of this field of study is to learn about notions and functions of a modern state. The outset of the study programme is, in particular, the institutional notion of state and its characterisation. Attention is paid for the structure and activity of modern state and status of individual in the context of further concepted questions of democracy, constitutionality and self-government.
