- Course objectives
- Oral examination:
including criminal substantive and process law, general and special part;
students should by able to understand the foundations of the criminal substantive and process law. - Syllabus
- Basic concepts: crime, offence, punishment, protective measures, measures for juveniles.
- Special part of the criminal substantive law.
- Basic concepts: criminal procedure, police, prosecutor, court,evidence, ensurence of persons and things for criminal procedure.
- Special part of the criminal process law.
