Course objectives
The sense of this subject is to give an initial set of knowledge that is necessary for the study of the branch legal subjects and to learn the practical skills of the work with the legal enactments. The basic set of lectures based on the basic legal concepts, the system of law, the interpretation procedures and the forms of law implementation serves to realize the aim. The discussion classes and the practices pursue the deepening of general theoretical knowledge as well as the practical work with the formal and conceptual aspects of legal norms by their interpretation and practical use to a specific case. The aim of the course is to learn both the general legal terminology, especially the basic legal institutes and principals and their mutual relationships and the apprehension of legal thinking.

Interpretation of Law. Forms of Legal Norms Implementation,Concepts of Legal Relationship. Legal Facts as Presumptions of Legal Relationships. Subjects, Objects and Contents of Legal Relationship. Application of Law. Legal Responsibility. Legal State as a Expression of Relation between State and Law. Fundamental Metodological Approaches to Law. Operation of Law in Society, Law and Values, Legitimacy of Law.
