- Main objectives can be summarized as follows:
to understand the functions of criminalistics in the society, and its knowledge-function;
to acquire the basic concepts, object, development and system of criminalistics;
to understand the place of criminalistics in the system of sciences;
to acquire the criminalistics theory about perpetrator and about his victim;
to understand the criminalistics foot and identification;
to acquire the selected nature methodes in criminalistics;
to acquire the basic criminalistics aspects of the hearing;
to understand the kinds of the expert-research;
to acquire general questions of the investigation methodic and selected methodics of investigation. - Syllabus
- The functions of criminalistics in the society, and its knowledge-function;
- Basic concepts, object, development and system of criminalistics;
- The place of criminalistics in the system of sciences;
- Criminalistics theory about perpetrator and about his victim;
- Criminalistics foot and identification;
- Selected nature methodes in criminalistics;
- Basic criminalistics aspects of the hearing;
- The kinds of the expert-research;
- General questions of the investigation methodic and selected methodics of investigation.
