- Course objectives
- Main objectives can be summarized as follows: - to understand general and special specific features of application of law on information and communication technologies - to critically analzye legal regime of civil responsibility of information intermediaries - to critically analyze collision questions arising with internet - to critically analyze legal regime of recent issues of ICT like multimedia, domain names, software, spamming, personal data, cybercrime etc.
