Course objectives
This subject intends to provide students with the survey of public international law, including details on general and particular parts. Elements covered by specialized subjects are excluded.
Syllabus
  • 1. Specificities of International Law as a particular legal system. 2. Subjects and sources. 3. Legal regimes of particular territories (state territory, sea, space etc.). 4. Rsponsibility and enforcement in international law.
