Course objectives
Criminal Law Substantive V - Alternative Solutions in Criminal Law: Alternatives to the system of Criminal Law Substantive (and Criminal proceedure) and within the system of Criminal Law Substantive (and Criminal Procedure). Position of Criminal law Substantive (and Criminal Procedure)in the system of penal policies.

- individuální konzultace - zápočet - podmínky zápočtu: studie v rozsahu 15 - 25 rukopisných stran obsahově vycházející z tématu disertace ve spojení s obsahovým zaměřením TPH V, zpracovaná za využití odborné literatury obecné a doporučené.
