Course objectives
At the end of the course students shoul be able to understand the system of American criminal law on the federal and state level to compare questions of human rights according to U.S. Constitution and Charter of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms of the Czech Republic to work with information for the purpose of comparison to both American and continental legal system
