- At the end of the course, student should be able to:
Describe financial services in general and ways of financial services providing online in the European Union;
Explain methods of financial services regulation by the European Union and methods of this area’s legal acts’ harmonization in the European Union;
Compare methods of certain juridical institutes’ implementation in the area of financial services online between some of the European Union countries;
Compare methods of certain juridical institutes’ implementation in the area of financial services online between explained institutes;
Differentiate private law and public law regulation of financial services online in the European Union and their methods of harmonization;
Give reasons why there are financial services provided online in some parts of financial market; - Syllabus

- Teaching methods
- Lectures on theory with proficiency-based workshops, discussions and contractual simulations, the tutor will provide students with feedback about their activities at the workshop, about their discussing skills and about their annotations submitted at latest during the exam period.
- Assessment methods
- Presence at 2 lectures, submitting 2 annotations from workshops on selected lectures (about a half of page, student will summarize main conclusions from the workshop at the lecture), individual colloquium discussion during the exam period on the annotations (level of understanding by the student will be evaluated).
