- At the end of this course, students shall be able to:
- understand the system and structure of sources of law - use basic methods of interpretation of law
- work with basic institutes of ICT law
- analyse the issue of applicability of law, namely with regards to territorial applicability on the internet
- practically use instruments of legal liability incl. liability of ISPs - Syllabus
