Course objectives
At the end of this course the student will be able to work with the sources of the special part of Environmental Law. He will be able to explain functions of institutes of the special part of Environmental Law and to argue its justness. The student will be able to create the legal view for the concrete cases, to assign the competent authority and formulate the appropriate filling.
Syllabus
  • Air protection. Water protection. Consumer protection. Forest protection. Protection of Nature and Landscape. Avoiding cruelty to animals. Bees protection. Fishes protection. Gamekeeping and the protection of the environmental. Waste colection scheme. Wraps. Chemical materials and the protection of the environment. Raw materials exploitation environmental protection. Land protection. Cultural sights protection. Environmental protection against adverse effect of agricultural activities. Environmental protection against adverse effect of ionizing radiation.

Teaching methods
Seminar:exercising of basic concepts and institutes in relation to lectures, consequential discussion, solving of practical model situations, working with judicial decisions, legal regulations and other documents.
Assessment methods
Credit. Student has to actively attend all seminars, work out all the example cases and eventually fulfill all other assigned tasks. All that shall be done in compliance with teacher’s request. If the requirements to obtain credits were not fulfilled, student has to fulfill an additional task in compliance with teacher’s request.
