There are no special prerequisites for this course - it is opened for all students of law, humanities and sciences. Substantial proportion of studying materials are in English. Thus, we expect at least passive English literacy.

Course objectives
At the end of the course, student should be able to:
- understand basic issues of normativity of cyberspace
- understand the structure of information society
- analyze and solve conceptual problems of legal normativity of cyberspace
- analyze and solve basic issues of psychology of cyberspace
- understand religious normativity of cyberspace
- understand the role of modern state in cyberspace

  • 1. Introduction, basic methodology, classification of normative systems, assignment of colloquial theses 2. Cyberculture, vyberspace - history and development 3. Coding and the method of ICT law 4. Law and Information Society 5. Information as an object of law 6. Regulatory structure of cyberspace - definition authorities 7. Psychology of cyberspace 8. Legal regulation of virtual worlds 9. Legal regulation of artificial beings 10. State in cyberspace - definitional issues 11. Religion in cyberspace 12.-13. lectures at Cyberspace conference
