- Course objectives
- The purpose of the course is to acquire basic knowledge and general orientation in the law of obligations of the Russian Federation. Classes will focus on both theory and practical cases. The reform changes will take into account that are currently taking place in a Russian private law.

- 1. General treatise on obligations.
- 2. Entities of obligations.
- 3. Solution of obligation.
- 4. Securing obligations.
- 5. Liability for breach of obligations.
- 6. Termination of obligations.

- Theoretical studies, homework reading, analysis of case law and comments
- Assessment methods
- Comparative study of selected legal institution in accordance with Russian and Czech legislation. Range up to 10 NS.
