Course objectives
The aim of this interdisciplinary subject is to contribute to a deeper understanding coherence between legal and economic institutions. The Law and the Economy are fields that are studied individually, even though they are interconnected. The legal institutes have an impact on the national economy and simultaneously they are affected by the national economy. In this subject students will be informed about the particular legal institutions and the intersection between two subjects, the Law and the Economy. Students will get the opportunity to revise on the model cases the legislation (civil law, business law, labour law, family law, process law) and consider its economic consequences for their life, state and organizations.
