Course objectives
At the end of the course students should be able to: formulate his own concept and solution to legal norms relating to Intelligent Services, understand existence and activity of intelligence services,their position, powers and competences. argue logically for own solution of a dispute .
Syllabus
  • 1. The introduction to study of intelligence services. 2. Models of legal regulations of intelligence services, legislation requirements. 3. The classification of intelligence services, supervision, other subjects ensuring national security. 4. The development of legal regulations of activities of Intelligence services on Czech territory. 5. Intelligence services in the Czech Republic, their position in system of state administration bodies, reports making and information forwarding, supervision of intelligence services. 6. The competences of intelligence services. 7. Competences of intelligence services, specific means of data acquisition. 8. Legal regulation of the position of intelligence services members.
