Course objectives
The aim this course is to acquaint students with the basic rules of business obligations. Students will learn to differentiate types of business obligations, the creation, provision and termination liabilities. Learn to distinguish between sources and business rules of contract law. They will learn the basics of the legal regulation of contractual types.
Syllabus
  • Types of business obligations. Sources and commercial rules of contract law. Conclusion of contracts and provision and termination liabilities. Types of contracts - a contract of sale. Types of contracts - the contract for work and leasing operations. Contractual types - other types of contracts.
