- Course objectives
- At the end of the course the student should understand the basic problems of the theory of the constitution and the values the constitution of the Czech Republic is based on (legal regulation of state power and its organisation in the Czech Republic, separation of powers, particular constitutional bodies, their position to each other, rules of their procedure); the students should be able to interpret provisions of the constitutional order and of the related enactments; students should be able to deliver a reasoned analysis of some basic constitutional law problems.
