Course objectives
At the end of the course students should be able to: formulate his own concept and solution to legal norms relating to Guaranties of Legality in Public Administration, understand and orientate in specific legal institutions including judicial decisions, argue logically for own solution of a dispute .
Syllabus
  • The characteristic of legality in public administration, the term of legal guarantees in public administration, institute of the administrative and constitutional justice, public rights defender issues, the right to petition, the examination of complaintsissues.
