- Course objectives
- This course aims to provide an introduction to some major themes in contemporary legal philosophy and theory.
Special emphasis will be put on a) the questions of legal methodology;
b)the method of the interpretation of human rights. - Learning outcomes
- By the end of this course, the PhD students will be able to:
-formulate the basic philosophical question of their thesis (dissertation);
- write and prepare a paper; - Syllabus

- - the analyse of interpretative techniques;
