- Course objectives
- This subject intends to provide students with the survey of public international law, including details on general and particular parts. Elements covered by specialized subjects are excluded.
- Learning outcomes
- - Student will be able to gain a deeper understanding of the fundamentals of international law as a whole - student will be able to identify the key controversial points in both legal doctrine and practice of internaitonal law - -Student will be able to critically think on most issued of current international-law discourse. - Student will be able to gain an in-depth understanding of the realtion of international law to EU law, as well as national law.

- 1. Specificities of International Law as a particular legal system. 2. Subjects and sources. 3. Legal regimes of particular territories (state territory, sea, space etc.). 4. Rsponsibility and enforcement in international law.
