- Course objectives
- The aim of this subject is to provide information about legal regulation of the publishing of scientific outcomes. Attention will be paid both on the standard of the "online publication", as well as on modern trends in publishing.
- Learning outcomes
- At the end of this course the student should be able to:
understand the legal aspects of publishing of scientific and professional texts;
conclude a license agreement (and the publishing agreement as well);
interpret and apply the free licenses in the context of the Czech legal order;
understand various approaches to publishing in the regime of Open Access. - Syllabus
