Course objectives
The aim of this course is to provide for a systematic overview of legal instruments related to the use of ICT in public administration.
Learning outcomes
At the end of this ourse, student should be able to:
understand conseptual issues in implementations of ICT in the public administration
understand conceptual issues in implementations of ICT in the judiciary
analyze and solve legal issues in information security in the public sector
analyze and solve legal issues in information systems of the public administration (ISVS)
analyze and solve legal issues in basic registries
analyze and solve legal issues in selected eGovernment applications
analyze and solve legal issues in selected eJustice applications
analyze and solve legal issues in data protection and PSI re-use
analyze and resolve legal issues in the use of electronic documents in public administration
