- Course objectives
- At the end of the course student should be able to record and interpret basic sources of Land Law. The student should further be able to explain institutes of Land Law. The student will be able to create the legal view for the concrete cases, to assign the competent authority and formulate the appropriate filling.

- Teaching methods
- Exercising of basic concepts and institutes in relation to lectures, by solving of practical model situations and discussion. Students work with judicial decisions, legal regulations and other documents.
- Assessment methods
- Credit. Student has to actively attend all seminars and work out all the example cases. If the requirements to obtain credits were not fulfilled, student has to fulfill an additional task in compliance with teacher’s request.
