- Course objectives
- The aim of the course is to provide a genesis of the basic private legal concepts, which are directly related to the natural life of a man. Key topics in the area of private law will therefore follow the life story of a man from birth to death, with an emphasis on the search for its pre-legal roots. The purpose of these lectures is to link a specific human wisdom, which goes beyond the specialized fields of theoretical knowledge and practical skills of students of law.
