- Course objectives
- This course has as its objective the improvement of practical skills in field of corporate law. The content of this course will be organized into six blocks. Each of them will be introduced at opening lecture which should extend and deepen basic understanding of corporate law. Students will be asked to deal with practical cases that will be analysed at classes.
- Learning outcomes
- At the end of this course, students should be able to:
call and run a general meeting;
plead a voidability or an invalidity of general meeting resolution;
draft an easier management contract;
draft an easier shareholders agreement;
