Course objectives
At the end of the course student should be able to record and interpret basic sources of Land Law. The student will be able to explain institutes of Land Law. The student will be able to create the legal view for the concrete cases, to assign the competent authority and formulate the appropriate filling.

Teaching methods
Lectures according to given syllabus and study hour.
Assessment methods
The exam will be combined. Written test: Model example case – solving theoretical and practical issues which are connected with the case. Student needs to have at least 50% of that task correct so that they would pass the test (grade E). Oral exam: Student has to prove his or her knowledge of the topic they selected by lot. The total classification is made by the examiner on the ground of the score attained in both the written and oral exams. If one part is evaluated F, the final result is F. It is not allowed to use legal enactments in preparation for oral exam.
