- The course gives the basic overview of Private International Law - its subject-matter, sources, methods and choice-of-law regulation of selected private relations and questions.
- Learning outcomes
- At the end of this course the student will: understand the concept and subject of Private International Law; know its sources; be able to understand the methods of Private International Law; be able to apply these methods on simple situations
