- Course objectives
- The purpose of the course is to explain fundamental issues of the international protection of human rights. For this educative and intelectual purpose the example of the 1950 Convention on Human Rights is taken. At the and of the course students should understand the European and international system of human rights protection; the students should furthermore be able to interpret some of the provisions of European Convention; the students should also be familiar with basics of the ECHR case-law.
