- Course objectives
- This course aims to present an expanding and theoretical (as well as case law and legislative) relationship dealing with administrative processes in environmental law and their mutual relations.
- Learning outcomes
- After completing the course, the student will be able to know the processes of adopting and issuing administrative acts, which are applied in the field of environmental law. The student will be able to work with professional literature (commentaries, monographs) and relevant case law. The student will be able to analyse and evaluate their importance for the application practice of public authorities to administrative acts in the environmental field, possibly to formulate ideas de lege ferenda.

- 1. Administrative processes in environmental law - bases, overview/categorisation, mutual relations. 2. Normative administrative acts in the field of environmental law. 3. Individual administrative acts in the field of environmental law. 4. Measures of a general nature in the field of environmental law. 5. Public contracts in the field of environmental law. 6. Other forms of activity in the field of environmental law.

- Self-study, reading, individual and collective consultations. Specific information about the content of the study will be specified in the interactive syllabus. Communication will take place via e-mail and within the MS Teams application.

- Oral exam according to examination topics published in IS. depending on the epidemiological situation, either online via MS Teams or in person. The form of the exam will be specified to the students in the information at the announced date.
