- Course objectives
- The purpose of the subject is primarily to arouse interest in the topics and open a way to critical thinking on responsibility under international law, use of force, and enforcement of international law.
- Learning outcomes
- Doctoral student should be able to understand fundamental principles of international responsibility of states and other subjects of international law; use of force; and enforcement of international law. Doctoral student should be able to think critically about international responsibility and related issues. Students should be able to assess the difference between international responsiblity and responsibility under EU and national law. After having passed the subject, the level of doctoral student's argumentation concerning international responsibility and related topics should increase.
