Syllabus
  • Legal-theoretical basis of the institute of the law-making of territorial self-government and supervision over the law-making of public administration, legal and legal regulation. Analysis of the legislation in question in the light of the available case-law. Evaluation of the current state of theoretical knowledge and valid legal regulations, reflections on possible topics de lege ferenda.

Selective lectures, self-study, reading, discussion, consultations, final individual project.
Assessment methods
Discussion, presentation, final individual project, credit. The student will elaborate in writing and, approximately one week in advance before the deadline for granting the credit, submit the work in the range of about 10 to 12 pages of typescript on a particular topic within the course, which he / she chooses. He / she must be able to defend this work during the credit meeting with the teacher. After fulfilling the prescribed conditions, they will receive a credit.
