- Course objectives
- The course aims to provide students with basic instrumentation for discussion on the nature of legal science, or whether we can speak about legal science.
- Learning outcomes
- After the course student will be able to: - identify basic features of the legal science; - describe the position of the legal science in the general system of sciences; - describe the basic methods of legal science; - apply methodological instrumentation to her dissertation.
