- Course objectives
- The aim of this course is analysis of the current case law of the Court of Justice of the EU in the area of conflict of laws and procedural rules.
- Learning outcomes
- After completing the course, the student will be able to orientate himself in the case law of the Court of Justice of the EU, its development, interpretation of conflict-of-law rules and procedural rules of European private international law.
