- Course objectives
- The aim of the course is to explain (particularly to the students of both legal and economical degree programs) the legal aspects of both the monetary law and the foreign exchange law and help students to understand the role of the central banks and financial arbitrator within this area.
- Learning outcomes
- At the end of the course student should be able to define basic instituts of monetary law and monetary polic and explain functioning of central banking in the world. He should be able to solve case studies.
