Course objectives
Thi scours addresses fundamental questions of medical and healthcare law. It highlights interdisciplinary character, i.e. interconnection of civil, criminal, administrative and international law. The course will analyse rights of patients, civil and criminal liability of providers and practitioners. Students will learn about recent domestic, international and European laws. The course intentionally relies on the contribution of several experts.
Learning outcomes
Students will be capable to identify legal aspects for solution of routine and complex cases in medicine and healthcare.
