- Course objectives
- The aim of this course is to explain the legal regulation of the choosen types of international business law transaction. The emphasis will be place on the understanding of the legal regulation of international sale of good. Students should be able to interpret and apply the Vienna Convention of International Sale of Goods after passing this course.
- Learning outcomes
- After completing the course the student will be able to: - formulate the problem to be solved and set the aim of the thesis, - work with methods according to the chosen focus of the thesis, - search for professional literature background and know the rules of working with professional literature
