- Course objectives
- The aim of the course is to inform students about the basic concept of private law, method and object-matter, values and principles of private law, mutual relations of private law disciplines, and the topic of legal action.
- Learning outcomes
- At the end of the course students should be able to consider and explain the basical conceptual questions, the method and object-matter, the values and principles of private law, mutual relations of private law disciplines, as well as the topic of legal action.
