Course objectives
This course connects knowledge from law and marketing (especially aimed on selected communications´ instruments). Course stresses practical application of gained knowledge.
Learning outcomes
Students develop his knowledge of legal regulation of business names, elevate their understanding of the principal of legal regulation of business names, ability to orientate oneself in text of regulation and to solve simple cases.

Teaching methods
By the teaching will be used different structures of problems presentation: - recapitulation of legal regulation and following solving of case studies - creation of documents, e. g. articles of association, analysis of various possibilities and recommendation of solution
Assessment methods
The course finishes with colloquium.Students prove their knowledge classification makes the teacher according to correctness and perfection of the answers.
