- The goal of this course is to introduce to students basic and current concepts of public law aspects of information a communication technology law with a focus on cyber and information security.
- Learning outcomes
- At the end of the course, students should be able to:
- understand basic issues in public legal regulation of ICT
- analyze and solve particular problems of eGovernment
